Guest spitfire72 Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 I have just purchased my friends cab and it has recently been tampered with regarsding ifs roof. On the left and right side they have lifted the roof away and ouf of its seals and i was wondering if this was easy to fix. Its the part thats meats the bodywork just behind the rear quarter windows. Guest Mattyboy Posted August 19, 2013 Share Posted August 19, 2013 I don't think new seals are going to help you. I had the same issue on mine and it was because the metal flange that is supposed to hold the rubber in place had rusted away. Take the seal off and I'll bet there's rusty metal behind there. You need to clean the rust and then paint it, if its really bad you'll need to replace the rusted metal. You may need to use some adhesive to get the rubber seal to stay on as we'll.
