Got a tank coming off avril(thank u sexy xx) stripped pump carrier to paint then fit new pump moved her over to otherside of garage to get in under dash i'm gonna take the old alarm off & start a fresh even the new wheels look the part Best part of the day was even the mrs said" it looks like a car now not a piece of junk" RESULT Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest John Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 well had the gut from the body shop round today to give me a price. i'm taking roof off,lights out, interior out,wipers off etc. he's doing body prep n bodge round arch,removing doors,bonnet,boot. obviously painting wing mirrors,bumpers n body kit all painted off the car so door shuts will be done aswell. Around £750 cash it will be dry polished aswell.Is that a good price? he recons 10 days work which i think is bloody good he'll have it for 4 wks to drop on n off it. so just gotta start saving Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gingergman Posted January 8, 2012 Share Posted January 8, 2012 the one with the cone on the end doesnt connect to anything, it just goes round the tank, the other thin black pipe goes onto the top of the tank, theres a tiny metal tube that it sticks onto, if you havent put that one on already then you will need to take the tank out again.
