Hi Guys

I am in the process of wiring in a power roof into my latest mk4 cab, and cant find where the two black bullet connectors go(in thre back), as i know some have the wiring for them to plug into by the rear speaker pods but my one doesnt, so where do I have to wire them ?

Cheers for any usefull info

they wont be a power feed, if anything just a earth, but the connector on the pod, aint that bit just plastic? therefore would do nothing. i know what wires you mean mate, do the rest then try the roof, if it dont work and everything else is correct try grounding them then see.

The 2 black wires in question go to the speaker pods. They connect to the press stud on either side. On some later covers there is a wire that runs through the cover and is a safety devive. When cover is in place it shorts these wires and disabling the motor.

Do not just put them down to ground as this will isolate the pump.

if you need the other half of the bullet connectors to attatch to the speaker pod in your wireing ive got two id send ya for just postage cost, obviously its easy enuf to make a connector yourself but you mite want proper ford ones lol,

I would take a couple of you, never connected mine but would
