if you had to get them from there then pioneer set, althoug i wouldnt get my audio from anywhere that doesnt know what theyre doing, i'd consult a proper audio sales place (not halfords theyre sales people have no clue with car audio)

you can get better speakers for around £25 and will sound a lot better on the treble range reaching higher notes and still have a punch on the low and mid range noise as well.

pop into halfords for a wee look but dont listen to their 16 year old salesman crap talk unless the guy has proven experiance in sound system fitting and running.

jbl are a good make, all depends on budget and what u want to go for really, if you want mega money spent on it then www.theloudest.com will be your best bet

for budget stuff, alpine do not bad stuff, fusion are ok as well.... middle of the range i'd say jbl, vibe and some sony stuff.

top range stuff i'd say rockford fosgate, bose and loudest.com stuff rates highly.

I swear by alpine for head units and components, and value for money I'd go for a Vibe combined amp&sub package, but each to thier own.

dont wanna go down the sub/amp route, i like having a boot. i only got a jvc because that was in there before, so no cutting/splitting wires.
