Escort Cabriolet Club Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Not sure how to do the conversion mate but I think it was a matter of taking the backin plate off the Factory lights and bonding in the Cav lights with tiger seal !!! As for the HID kits, you get what you pay for, I paid £70 and they are still working 2 years on for my Rover and 1 year on for the Escort, you can pick them up cheap on ebay but the Guy I got them from sells VERY good kits, would you like the link to his shop ??? Guest cabby89fmfi Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 yes mate they look pretty tidy dont they...im still waiting for them to arrive but am looking forward to having a go at modifying them. have got no idea how hard it will be but as there are no other mods than the clear light option i think it will look proper nice when its done. anyone with experience of doing this mod id love to know any tips or hints. forgot to mention ive also got an alpine ida x100 head unit coming which should sound nice through my ice when all completed. speak soon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
