I am trying to find a way to start our car as i have lost or mislaid the keys. the spare key will unlock the steering , open and close doors and petrol cap but wont start the the car.
I have spent days looking for the keys and its beginning to drive me nuts. I dont know if the car has an immobilizer or not. are the keys chipped. ? there is a very small red circular light flashing just above the steering column , does this signify an immobilizer?
any help would be very much appreciated, i can send photos
