I like you car a lot. Those seats look class, very nice :icon_salut_gb:
  10. Hiya Straightforward, esp after a but of practice. But get yourself a proper tool, not a cheap one. Prices around £100+ for a decent one (that flares copper pipes). Ones that flare steel pipes are more expensive.
  11. Looking ace that Just don't scratch that nice shiny paintwork putting it all back together!
  12. Yes, brake assy out otherwise it will be a pain to prep and spray. Just be careful not to damage some of the brake clips, as some of them are NLA. But saying that your engine bay paintwork looks fine. Maybe a degrease and polish will work wonders. This is what i did with mine, because my garage does not have electricity to run an air compressor.
  13. I like that a lot, keep up the good work :icon_salut_gb:
  14. Hiya paul check out my 'all-blue resto part 3' post in the gallery section. Page 1 of the post has a good pic that will be useful to you regards sonny
  15. Hiya Ollie Lots to keep you entertained with there, judging by all those rusted nuts and bolts. Looks like someone had fitted a new fuel pump bracket there in 2004, look after that, they go for silly money on ebay, if new or in xlnt original cond.
  16. Surely cleaning the existing earth points would have the same effect?
  17. Good man, More pics for us to feast over You're very brave to take a car apart like that, LOL What are the condition of the inner wings? Maybe a good idea to remove that dirt, underseal covering the metal and see whats lurking behind? I'm also suprised that there doed not seem to be any rot on the wheel arches. Usually a breeding ground with a bodykit in place.
  18. You got your work cut out there! I love those Mk3's. I'm sure it'll be a minter when its finished. Glad to see another one kept on the road Keep us posted with pics!!
