mk3 rear light advice needed

does anyone know how to remove the lenses from the housings on my mk3 cab? tried as few things but they keep on cracking.

Fitting new tca's and roll bar bushes

I am Fitting new tca's and roll bar bushes is there any problems or tricks i should know to make this an easy job it has been a long time since i did a set and that was on a mk4 turbo.Can't have it off the road to long as it's my daily drive.
