Be interested to know this myself as we've got to get ours set up properly. Lost the readout from the MoT but I recall the tester mentioning how low it was! (then again, the same guy was also adamant that "fuel injected cars can't be adjusted without a laptop" so...)

got to take it to mates garage to put on a good c02 tester I only got a little guson gas tester witch is not to bad I done it last time set it at 2% and said that's ok so will let you know Saturday chap . I screwed out the air mixer x3 outer turns and set the co2 pot to to 230% ish. I had a problem when giving it a bit lol the revs would drop like she was going to cut out so made some adjustments runs good no smell of unburnt fuel plus I got a superchip on it loll evry litte helps

Ok so CO2 is carbon dioxide which is not what you are checking for. The check is for CO which is carbon monoxide; this should be set to 1%.

As the aim is to use most of the oxygen in the combustion process, this should be low, maybe about 0.5% this will have the effect of increasing the CO2 content which should technically be as high as possible. a realistic reading for this would be about 13.5%. Having a catalytic converter would raise this figure to about 14.5%

if I screw the air screw out 1 and a half turns and adjust the co2 pot it go to cut out . so I screwed it out to 3 turns then readjusted the pot it runs grate revs and drops were it should . so to morrow ill get it checked at mates garage
