Please follow the below instructions... • Club members must go to http://www.fordfestshow.co.uk/club-tickets • Next, select their Club from the menu and enter the Club's Personal Password • Proceed to select required tickets and place order • Once booked, they will receive a confirmation email as proof of payment YOUR CLUB'S UNIQUE PASSWORD IS 332.221 We ask that you distribute this to your members in order to book their tickets and vehicle passes. Club space will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The deadline to book club tickets is Friday 12th August, subject to space availability. If you have any difficulties, our club support helpline is available on 01959 543724 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday CLUB TICKET PRICES FOR 2016 Club Weekend Camping Ticket £17 - includes show entry and pre-show camping Club Advanced Show Ticket £10 - includes show entry Bringing together the best examples of classic and modern models, you're sure to see your favourite Ford on display. Featuring high speed drag strip action, autojumble, family entertainment plus huge club displays. Don't miss out and find out all the visitor information below. Show Opening Times Sunday 18th September 08:00 – 17:00 Club entry from 06:30 Camping Opening Times Saturday 17th September 12.00 – 22:00 Saturday access for camping is from 12:00, last entry for camping is 22:00. Entertainment and bar closes at midnight. If you arrive before 12:00 on Saturday 17th September you will need to pay for a Santa Pod RWYB entry ticket priced at £10 per person in addition to your weekend ticket. Due to traffic congestion waiting outside the gates to Santa Pod will not be permitted. Ticketing Information Public Entry Ticket Advance tickets £15 per person. Save £3 if you book in advance (tickets on the gate £18). Two children aged 14 and under go FREE with each paying adult. Additional children are £5 each. Advanced tickets close midnight Saturday 17th September. Camping Tickets Advanced weekend tickets with Saturday night camping included are £22 per person. Save £6 if you book in advance (tickets on the gate are £28). On the gate camping tickets are priced at £10 per person, this does not include entry to the Sunday show, a camping ticket must be purchased in conjunction with a show ticket unless you are already in possession of a show ticket. Weekend tickets do not include child camping, this will need to be purchased on the gate at £10 each – under 5’s go free. Show tickets are priced at £18 on the gate. Parking Parking is free at Classic Ford Show, the marshals will direct you on your arrival.
