Recently brought another more door mk4 to use this summer (cabriolet will be done hopefully next summer)

its super clean with excellent history, ghia model so electric windows heated front screen etc, its proper original even has the ford fire extingusher in the boot!

the temptation to mod it has hit me though, but il reverse it all when the time comes to sell.

Fit the wheels and see how it handles, wide wheels made my Fiesta really heavy at low speeds even with power steering

Nice to know how my same wheels are gonna look when i get my toyos stretched on . and they are def gonna catch the arches as ive found out on countless google searches  im def gonna buy one of them arch rolling devices methinks. and im still debating whether to paint em gold!! :punish: lol

ive been speaking to people who have 205 or 215 lowered on standard arches and have no rubbing issues, everyone seems to say diffrent things, so im just finding out for myself! make sure you have the correct wheel bolts too mate,

Hi guys love the more door should look good with the wheels any way why dont you buy a stud conversion kit then you can use any standard alloy wheel nuts from mondeo/sierra/ mk5/6 escort we have used them loads and not had any problems

Ive looked at them stud conversions a few times but wasnt sure if they could be used on the mk4 etc, might take another look at that option

Its just on a spring kit, the back has settled a little lower now too! As for how low it is, hmmm, the kit I got was -35mm but its for a rs turbo, rs springs are already lower as standard than these normal models, the springs were much much shorter than standard, we think its more like 60mm. 35 on your cab will be different
