Start Of A New Project - Mk 4 Cabbie - 1.8 Zetec Conversion.

After the forced sale of my much loved and cherished G plate cabbie i was devastated.....this happened nearly 4 years ago and i still havn't gotten over that perfect rust free shell, hours restoring it and watching it go for a song!

 

Until......a cheeky escort cabbie shell on ebay caught my eye. It's the only way...i told myself!

 

Fast forward a few months...

 

Doner cabbie purchased for £350 quid, flogged the 1.6 CVH, also came with new drilled and grooved discs, brand new rear shoes etc. Roof dirty but in great nick. brand new genuine rs bonnet, four doggies.

 

Got power roof, s2 bodykit, 1.8 zetec engine, lowering springs, rs rear bumper, trim etc.

 

It's getting painted black, with a bit of blue here and there.

 

Work is underway, photo's to follow....great days
