Guest Rob90spec
Spent a week of late nights taking bits off, cleaning them up,putting them back on and general tinkering about to get my mk4 looking like this before the winter tuck away I love this shot :) (sad I know) Not too shabby but the paint was sooooo thin from previous owners polishing efforts you could see the grey underneath here & there and the odd stonechip anyway......in removing the stripes I managed to also remove the paint on the drivers side door My mate pops over and looks at her and says "If we're painting the lower door, may as well do the dent further up,the one on the rear quarter, wing, scuttle panel,bootlid...." Anyway...we jacked her up and started to strip her down for some fresh diamond white paint Halfway through the week and she's almost naked Only two rusty bits rhs chassis leg & rhs front valence for a 23year old she's got all original panels and one suprised owner Hopefully getting 17"BBS's at the weekend too Clear indi's & focus triangles in the post I'm on 1st name terms with my local ford parts dealer already :) More pictures soon
